The Daily Journal has recognized Horvitz & Levy partner Eric Boorstin as one of California’s Top 40 Under 40 attorneys in 2021 for his work as an appellate lawyer. The Daily Journal noted that Eric has prevailed in 11 of his 17 appellate oral arguments. The publication also discussed Eric’s recent success in helping clients achieve favorable results following potentially devastating trial court rulings in a trademark action about the right to use the name “Comic Con” and a $100 million wage and hour class action.
